Pip Stonehill

The daughter of the Stonehill Inn's owners in Phandalin. Pip served as the party's intelligence hub in the early Phandalin arc — she was unusually perceptive and always had gossip from around town.

She was present when the party rescued her from the goblin cave (she had been taken with the wagon). She became deeply attached to the party over time and eventually traveled with them as far as Neverwinter.

History

• Captured by goblins on the Triabor Trail; rescued by the party
• Traveled with the party from Phandalin to Neverwinter
• Was shot during the drow ambush on Othorion; saved by Guenhwyvar (Drizzt's panther)
• Roland healed her — used 20 points of Lay on Hands + 5 to remove drow poison
• Sent home from Neverwinter with Drizzle (goblin companion) and hired guards

The Drizzle Pairing

Pip and Drizzle (a goblin who joined the party earlier) were inseparable. They were sparring when last seen at the Neverwinter inn. Sent home to Saltmarsh/Phandalin from Neverwinter four days before the party left for Luskan.

Kavu's Last Message to Pip

"In Luskin for another day or so. No one has died. Keep an ear out for tales of Hot Shot and Little Spark."

She laughed in the face of danger when warned to turn back — and kept going toward Phandalin.

Status

Last confirmed: 3 days out from Neverwinter, heading home. Presumably reached Phandalin or Saltmarsh safely.
