The ancient seat of Neverwinter's rulers. As of ~1489 DR, Lord Protector Dagult Neverember publicly announced plans to restore it. As of 1496 DR, reconstruction was still ongoing and had become Neverember's highest priority. The castle's restoration symbolizes Neverember's legitimacy claims — which matter given that the "Dagult Neverember" the party dealt with was an imposter.
